If you wish to make contact with your local ARANZ branch you can contact your local branch office holders on the following pages who will be able to provide you with guidance and information about local activities.

Branch Reporting Requirements to Council

Minutes

Branches should send minutes of meetings and annual general meetings to the Branch Liaison Officer.  Minutes of Annual General Meetings should be sent before the ARANZ annual general meeting, which is held prior to the Annual Conference, usually in August.

Accounts

Audited branch accounts should be sent to the Branch Liaison Officer with the minutes of each Branches Annual General Meeting.

Seeking funding from Council

Branch activities are normally expected to be self supporting although all branches may seek funding from Council, whether for seeding money for conferences and seminars, one off grants, or continuing funding.  Please write to the Branch Liaison Officer explaining what the funding is required for, and provide a proposed budget to support your application.
